It’s not news (new) stats from the EU but it shot out at me when it came to my attention.
Not sure why you single out directgov??
Sorry Paul yes you’re right. However accurate the detail, the overall picture is undoubtedly valid and very interesting. I pick out DirectGov as the pre-eminent project that was intended to resolve much of the engagement issue at vast expense but has done little to change the culture and overall perception of government beyond some core transactional services which have no doubt been totally transformed.
